Felt better this morning but stayed in bed until 11am. Frank and Dora came. Add Ron, Dot and Jane. We went to bed at 10pm. I didn’t go out.

Day on today. Done about 10am. Had an attack of gastric flu last night. Sick and trots. Felt lousy this morning. Didn’t eat much all day and went to bed 7.30.
