Some showers early on but nice warm day later. Dot and Jane at home at noon. Cut some of the ornamental shrubs. Fire man came done. The boiler room all ok.

Nice and mild at first but changed to rain later. Little Jane at home today. Nell took her back on the 4 bus. Mopped office. Helped Len put rubbish on trailers. Trimmed yew hedge in drive.

1 ton of coke. A lovely day again. Warm and sunny at times. Did outside Ts. Cleaned some bins. Oiled both pumps and the motors. Asked Ray to order new set of fire bars for incin.

A much better day today. Warmer with some sunshine. Car washing again. B1.T.G.B1.Doc, making 118 to date. Knocked the boilers off at 9am. Not a lot to burn today.

A better day today. Cleaned bike. Went round all the nuts and cleaned the plug. The gang came for dinner. Went home at 7pm. Got car going again. Stayed in at night.

A poor day again with some showers. Did all the mowing. Jane and Dot came on the 1.30 bus. Had a bath and played with Jane. They went home on the 5.45. Went to pub.

Another cold day with heavy showers. Cleared out all the lab bins. Cleaned H car and Doc’s, making K in the week, making 113 to date. Got ½ gall of juice yesterday.

Another lousy day. Cold with heavy showers. Started the boilers up. Bit of trouble. Contacts wouldn’t come down. Got Bert. Found the switch. Wanted resetting. OK after. Did all the Ts.
