Late getting up this morning. Dot and Ron brought Jane while they went to Liverpool to get a pram for Jane’s birthday. Got back about 5.30pm.

Up at the usual time. It’s getting a routine now. John came with the wages. Bryan came with him. Stayed and had a cup of tea. Nothing of importance happened.

Up at the usual time. Not a bad morning. Went to the gate to meet Dot and Jane. Had a nice day with them. Went back on the 4.30 bus.

Got up at usual time. Not a bad morning. Leg about the same. Nell went to Dot’s on the 1 bus. Dot is having a driving lesson. Nell back on the 4.30 bus.

Got up at 9am. Leg not too bad this morn. Went for a walk up the road a couple of times. Nothing of any importance to report.

Got up at 9.30am. Not a bad sort of a morning. Eric Hanalon came to see me at dinner time. Told me that Ted’s lad has had an accident. Bad luck.

Got up at 9.30am. A cold morning. Dot, Ron and Jane came for tea. Jane is funny. Today Bill Edwards came to see me at night and stayed for about an hour.

Got up at 9.30am. Leg about the same today. Old Horace Ford came to see me at night. Stayed about a couple of hours. He makes himself at home.

Got up at 9.15. A cold morning. Leg seems to be doing ok. John came with the wages. Stayed and had a cup of tea. It makes a bit of a break.

Got up at 8.45am. Leg feels a bit better this morning. Dot and Jane came on the 10.30 bus. Nice to see them both. Cold wind blowing and some snow showers.
