Got up at 9am. Leg seems to be going along slow but sure. I went for a walk up the road. Not too bad. Nothing very special to report.

Pheasant and Partridge Shooting end

Got up at 9.30am. Not a bad day. Nell rang up C’Bridge about an ambulance to take me to therapy. One is calling me on Wednesday.

Got up at usual time. Morning not too bad. The gang came for tea again. Jane full of beans. Nell and I watched telly at night.

Got up at 9.15am. A nice sort of morning. Leg seems to be doing ok. Day seems to follow day without much change but I suppose one must be very patient.

Got up about the usual time. A cool wind blowing. John brought the wages. Bryan was with him. They stayed and had a cup of tea.

Up at 9am. Dot and Jane coming today. Went to the gate to meet them off the 10.30 bus. Jane in very good form. Went home on the 4.30 bus.

Got up at 9am. A nicer day. Nell is going to Dot’s on the 1 bus. I went for a walk as far as the top of the hill. Not bad.

Got up at the usual time. Quite cold this morning. Went for a little walk but found it cold. Leg seems to be doing ok but very slowly.

Up at the usual time. Had a wash and a shave. Went for a walk. A nice sort of day. Went for another walk after dinner. Didn’t see anyone.

Got up at 9.30am. Went for a walk as far as Everitt’s. Had a natter with him about poor old Wadd. The gang came for tea. Fred Rowe came. Stayed until 10.30.
