Another lovely mild day. Again knocked the boilers off @ p.m. Burning leaves up the drive. Cleared a load of stuff from out of the silage lab. A lot to burn from Hanns Hall.

Got up at 9.30. A nice, mild day again. Didn’t do any work in the garden because of my cold. Dot, Ron and Jane came. Jane is lovely. Going to London on Tuesday.

Day off today. Got up at 9.30. Got a bad cold. Went to P in the afternoon. Very strong wind blowing. Carol Jellicoe’s wedding today. Nell and Dot went.
