Day on today. Got done about 10. Heavy rain at first but cleared up after dinner. Lyn Eustace got married. Dot, Jane and Ron went home. Went to P. Did mowing. Machine gone wrong. Some digging.

A lovely mild sunny day. Knocked boilers off after dinner. Car washing S.T.G.Mc .making 88 to date. Did the Ts. Little Jane still staying with us. Kay gave her notice in today. A slight frost.

A day of showers, some sunshine and fairly mild. Two fare sized pigs to burn. Went to Hanns Hall to see about fire wood. Cleared silage bins and did all the Ts. Jane and Dot at home.

A nice mild day with a few showers. Dot and Jane came. Staying until Friday. Finished the gravel path and raked it up. Did all the Ts and cut some wood up. 600 gals of oil.

Rather cool with showers at times. Cleaned both jets and did all the toilets. Started to hoe gravel path round the house. Had to get a new washer for the back kitchen tap.

A cool wind blowing. Turned to rain in the afternoon. Car washing again. T.B.K. making 84 to date. Did only two of the Ts. No time for outside one. 2/6 off Rod over L’Pool.

Got up 9.30. Too wet to do any gardening. Dot, Ron and Jane came about 3.30. We all went to Chester to David’s* 21st birthday party. Got home about 6.30. Jane very good.

Day off today. A lovely warm sunny day. Got up 9.30 a.m. Finished my digging. Went to P in the afternoon. Did the mowing and started to dig the big rose bed.

Showery at first but a lovely mild day. Little Jane got vaccinated yesterday. Car washing H. Polished A in the week. G.S. making 81 to date. Cleared the bins from the lab workshop. Did all the Ts.

A lovely mild day with some sunshine. Washed S car and did all the Ts. Did some weeding on border under big wall and started to hoe among the rhodies. Two bigs to burn.
