Sharp frost again last night. Car washing. H.A.K. making 12 to date. Cleaned both the jets. Started snowing again at noon time. Fairly heavy.

Still cold. Thawing a bit in the day time. Cleared the silage bins. Got some wood in for incin. 1 ton of coke came. Did some painting in the met A.B.

A heavy fall of snow during the night and part of the day. One ton of coke came. Took the pram for Dot. A big sow in. Also a calf. Cleared paths.

Thaw still going on but slowly. Slight drizzle at times. Shovelling ice off the paths. Swilled round the bins. Did both the jets. Window cleaning at night.

Ron stayed the night again last night. We went to see Dot in the afternoon. She looks fine. Not able to see the baby. Got home on the 4.30.

Day off today. Still thawing. Dot gave birth to a little girl last night. God bless them both and keep them safe. Ron stayed the night. We had a drink together to celebrate.
